Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs and resident observations
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe, clean and comfortable living environments for residents
• Work collaboratively with the care team to promote residents' dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
• Ability to work overnight/night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) as a per diem team member
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe patient handling principles
• Empathy, patience and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable time management and ability to work independently when needed
• Familiarity with electronic or paper charting is a plus
