Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care within your allied specialty
• Perform assessments and appropriate diagnostic or therapeutic procedures accurately
• Document patient interactions and clinical findings clearly in the EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow care plans
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Educate patients and families with clear, empathetic communication
• Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and uphold facility policies and protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant allied health experience (as listed in the posting)
• Active state license or certification in your allied specialty, or ability to obtain one quickly
• BLS/CPR certification required; specialty certifications encouraged where applicable
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team

Education

• Associate's degree, diploma, or relevant certification in an allied health field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred when applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Solid knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
• Skilled in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and equipment operation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for a fast-paced setting
• Ability to adapt to different units and changing clinical priorities
