Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Assess patients regularly and respond to changes in condition with timely interventions
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement care plans
Document patient status, interventions and outcomes clearly in the medical record
Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote wellness
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working 12-hour clinical shifts
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy basics
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
Infection control practices and patient safety
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Compassionate patient and family education
