Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED/ER environment
Perform rapid triage and clinical assessment to prioritize patient needs
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and document patient status, responding quickly to changes
Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
Participate in orientation and unit processes to support a smooth onboarding

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred or encouraged
Previous emergency department (ED/ER) experience preferred
Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Triage and emergency assessment proficiency
Skills in IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care
EKG rhythm recognition and basic interpretation
Trauma and acute care knowledge applicable to ED settings
Clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation and clinical workflows
