Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care within the LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Support patient comfort and dignity through hands-on care and patient education
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical competencies

Qualifications

Current LPN license (New Hampshire or eligible for New Hampshire licensure)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Ability to complete orientation and adhere to facility policies

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care and basic clinical procedures relevant to LPN practice
Electronic health record charting and attention to detail
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
