Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and document per facility policy
Perform ongoing patient assessments and promptly report changes in condition
Accurately maintain patient records and communicate care plans with the team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support a positive patient experience through attentive, respectful interactions

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Pennsylvania) or eligible to obtain state licensure
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willing to obtain
Comfort with electronic charting and following care protocols
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads with solid training are welcome

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessments and basic clinical procedures
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Infection control and patient safety principles
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
