Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor and document patient conditions, changes, and interventions
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Educate residents and families about care routines and medication instructions
Maintain infection control standards and a safe, comfortable environment

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or ability to obtain it quickly
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing environment with strong clinical judgment
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent vocational training
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Charting and electronic medical record familiarity
Infection control and safe patient handling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
