Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with facility standards
Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create effective care plans
Support a smooth orientation process and mentor peers when appropriate
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to ensure safe transitions
Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures

Qualifications

Valid, active state license or certification as required for the role
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
Prior experience in a clinical or patient-care setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background checks and required pre-employment screenings

Education

Relevant degree or credential required for the clinical role (as applicable)
Associate degree, diploma, or higher in a healthcare-related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic knowledge of patient care best practices and safety protocols
Comfortable with electronic documentation and charting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
