Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes promptly
• Support nursing staff with timely documentation and reporting
• Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility and basic restorative care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver consistent, patient-focused care
• Support residents and families with kindness, respect and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain state authorization
• Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant preferred but new grads with solid training are welcome
• Willingness to work every-other-weekend as part of a rotating schedule
• Ability to complete a 14-week travel assignment (Mar 3, 2026 - Jun 2, 2026)
• Current basic certifications as required by the facility (verify prior to start)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA program and certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ADLs and basic nursing assistant duties
• Accurate vitals measurement and safe patient handling skills
• Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
• Reliable documentation and time management
• Compassionate bedside manner and resident-centered care approach
