Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care for oncology and BMT patients in the ICU
• Manage ventilators and BiPAP therapy to optimize respiratory function
• Titrate IV drips and manage vasoactive infusions safely and accurately
• Perform tracheostomy care, A-line management, and total bedside care
• Operate and assist with CRRT and advanced hemodynamic monitoring when needed
• Document patient care clearly and efficiently in the Meditech EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary team to drive excellent outcomes
• Adhere to unit policies for infection control, safety, and patient-centered practice

Qualifications

• Current RN credential (RN) appropriate for practice
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (explicit requirement)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Strong experience with ventilator management, drip titration, and caring for critically ill patients
• Comfort working in oncology/BMT ICU settings and floating to other critical care areas

This is a travel assignment in Dallas, a vibrant city with lots to explore on your time off.
