Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients during overnight hours
• Respond rapidly and effectively to cardiac and life-threatening events using ACLS and BLS protocols
• Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes clearly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely while documenting care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient-centered plans
• Maintain infection control standards and complete required screenings and checklists
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist completion

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure (license/certificate verification required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Current immunizations and health requirements (Tdap, COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella)
• Fit test, Trinity color vision, 2-step PPD or IGRA, physical/health statement, and 10-panel drug screen

Education

• Active RN licensure required (degree not specified in job details)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ACLS and BLS emergency protocols
• Skilled in patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Familiarity with Trinity clinical competency standards and checklists
• Ability to manage overnight patient care priorities and handoffs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity settings
• Competent with medication administration and clinical safety practices
