Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful basic care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and follow care plans
• Support safe patient transfers and fall-prevention measures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtain shortly after hire
• Comfortable working overnight hours and in fast-paced care settings
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Professional, reliable, and committed to patient dignity and safety

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completed certified CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic vital signs
• Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
• Ability to document care clearly and follow care plans
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs during a shift
