Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator therapy and titrate ventilator settings to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform and interpret ABGs to guide respiratory interventions
• Assist with intubations and provide skilled support during bronchoscopy procedures
• Deliver HFNC and nebulizer therapies safely and effectively
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment such as V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb and AIRVO
• Document care accurately in the EMR (Meditech) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Float across hospital areas to support staffing needs and ensure consistent patient care

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT (required)
• ACLS and BLS (required)
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience (required)
• CVICU experience (preferred)
• Comfort working across all hospital areas and on rotating weekends
• Team-player attitude and strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Ventilator management and ventilator modes
• ABG sampling and interpretation (EPOC ABG system familiarity a plus)
• High-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) and nebulizer therapy
• Nitric management experience
• Familiarity with devices: V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb, AIRVO
• Bronchoscopy and intubation assistance
• Experience with Meditech EMR
