Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support in a dental office setting
• Assist with dental records filing and maintain organized patient charts
• Communicate clearly and warmly with patients in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Use EPIC and other systems to document encounters and support clinical workflows
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for appointments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a general office setting
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Familiarity with dental terminology and dental records filing preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Comfort using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong patient-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical office processes
• Organizational skills for accurate records filing and chart maintenance
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn EPIC
• Attention to detail and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment
