Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive direct patient care and support activities of daily living with compassion
• Perform routine vital signs, documentation, and accurate charting to keep the care team informed
• Assist nursing staff with treatments and timely patient transfers, promoting safety
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and families to enhance comfort and trust
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and a tidy, respectful patient environment

Qualifications

• Active LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant credential in good standing
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift as scheduled
• Local candidate with reliable personal vehicle (LOCAL ONLY — must have own vehicle)
• Available for the assignment window (starts 2026-04-27 through 2026-05-09)
• Ability to follow facility policies — note: No RTO (as stated in job details)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in ADLs (assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding) and mobility support
• Proficient with taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Basic charting and documentation practices in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and patient handling
• Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork on busy shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
