Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care while following facility protocols
• Complete required Trinity specialty competency testing and maintain ongoing competency
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards, including respirator use and fit testing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes
• Participate in onboarding steps such as health screenings, immunization verification, and drug testing
• Support a positive patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately

Qualifications

• Valid, appropriate Michigan professional license or certification as required for the role
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing prior to start
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza)
• Successful completion of fit test, respirator evaluation, and a 10-panel drug screen
• Current TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA/Quantiferon/T-spot)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or role-appropriate certification preferred or required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; role-specific education or degree (e.g., clinical certificate, associate or bachelor degree) preferred depending on the position

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
• Solid knowledge of infection prevention and standard precautions
• Good clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn specialty workflows and pass competency testing
• Strong teamwork, time management, and patient-centered communication skills
• Comfort following employer-specific health and safety requirements
