Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to patients, supporting comfort and dignity
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition
Support the nursing team by reporting observations and following care plans
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection-control practices
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Available to work per diem night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Able to follow care plans and communicate clearly with the care team
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and comfort measures
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Infection prevention and safe handling procedures
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with patients and families
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with nursing staff
