Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to expectant mothers and newborns in a rural LDRP unit
Monitor fetal heart tracings and manage labor progression
Administer medications including magnesium, oxytocin, and pain management
Support postpartum recovery and mother-baby couplets
Collaborate with a close-knit team in a supportive environment

Qualifications

Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
Comfort with circulating for C-sections and neonatal resuscitation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in electronic fetal monitoring (OB Trace Vue)
Knowledge of neonatal CPAP/BiPAP and high flow oxygen
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to titrate medications safely and manage drips
