Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and strength
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued recovery

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio (or ability to obtain before start)
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Time management skills to handle a diverse caseload
