Location: Prescott Valley, AZ

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Multi Care Unit, managing ICU, PCU, and Med Surg patients.
Titrate and administer critical medications including sedation, vasopressors, and insulin.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret 12-lead EKGs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Float to other units as needed to maintain competency in caring for all acuity levels.
Participate in charge nurse duties when assigned.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least 2 years of ICU experience, or a combination of 1 year ICU and 1 year PCU/Med Surg experience
Ability to titrate drips and interpret EKGs
Must pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing skills
Experience with titratable drips (sedation, vasopressors, insulin)
Proficiency in 12-lead EKG interpretation
Telemetry monitoring expertise
Ability to care for patients across acuity levels (ICU/PCU/MST)
