Shift Type: Monday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (overnight into Tuesday)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients during the overnight shift
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document in the medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and handoffs
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate critical information at shift change
- Support a patient-centered environment that respects privacy, dignity, and patient needs
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Experience working night shift or per diem nursing assignments preferred
- Familiarity or experience with MST (as noted) is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
Education
- Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable with overnight care workflows and acute patient monitoring
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Team-oriented communication and dependable handoff reporting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
