Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a trusted Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs accurately and consistently
• Support the nursing team by reporting changes in patient condition in a timely manner
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care and observations clearly to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Active authorization to practice as a CNA in California
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapting to patient needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nurses and care teams
• Dependable per-diem availability and a professional approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Clear documentation and effective communication with care teams
• Compassionate bedside manner and respect for patient dignity
