Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care during overnight MST shifts
• Assess patient condition, monitor changes, and act promptly to ensure safety
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families about care plans, follow-up, and available resources
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential required
• Experience or training related to MST (as listed in primary skills)
• Comfort and competence working overnight nursing shifts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)

Education

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ADN or BSN (preferred but not required based on posting)

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and triage during overnight hours
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Patient- and family-centered care with strong interpersonal skills
• Time management, prioritization, and crisis response abilities
