Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients thoroughly to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized treatment programs using evidence-based therapeutic procedures and modalities
- Implement interventions to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Provide pain control strategies and therapeutic exercises to improve movement and independence
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes clearly and timely
- Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and strategies for long-term improvement
Qualifications
- Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients under orders from a referring physician
- Practices in accordance with the California State Practice Act
- Comfort working full time during daytime hours and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered focus
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and assessment

- Therapeutic procedures and modalities
- Restoring range of motion, muscle strength, and coordination
- Pain management techniques and improving movement/function
- Clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
