Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform routine assessments and monitor patient vitals
- Document care and patient status clearly in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medications and follow-up
- Support admissions, transfers and discharges efficiently and courteously
- Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policy at all times
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania required
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
- Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer skills
Education
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited LPN/LVN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Basic wound care and personal care assistance
- Familiarity with infection control and safety standards
- Effective communication with patients, families and clinical teams
- Time management, prioritization and dependable clinical judgment
