Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients throughout your shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient vitals and changes in condition in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to deliver high-quality care
Perform wound care, catheter care, and basic clinical procedures as needed
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with facility protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent training
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Comfortable with electronic medical records and charting
Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team communication
