Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care that supports recovery and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient independence
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (Georgia license preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
• Prior experience in long-term care, medical/surgical, or similar preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and charting
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
• Ability to triage and escalate clinical changes appropriately
• Strong teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy skills
