Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans with attention to image quality and patient safety
• Operate CT imaging equipment following established protocols and radiation-safety standards
• Prepare and position patients courteously and effectively to ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Review images for technical quality and notify radiologists of urgent findings as appropriate
• Complete required Trinity skills checklists and specialty competency testing to maintain proficiency
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and equipment logs
• Adhere to infection control, immunization, and workplace safety requirements
• Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and radiologists to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Current, verifiable state license/certification as required (License/Certificate Verification will be completed)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Must meet employer health requirements: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, physical/health statement, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, and Trinity color vision
• Ability to reliably work the posted schedule, including every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with CT imaging and cross-sectional anatomy
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and dose optimization
• Skilled in patient positioning and contrast administration protocols
• Attention to detail for ensuring image quality and accurate documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced imaging environment
• Comfort with competency testing and adherence to regulatory requirements
