Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers to promote independence
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
• Document care delivered accurately and communicate effectively with the nursing team
• Offer comfort, dignity, and emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
• Availability and willingness to work per-diem 12-hour night shifts
• Valid ability to work in the U.S. (work authorization as required)
• Team-player attitude with strong communication and patient-centered focus

Education

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program or equivalent (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of patient hygiene, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Basic skills in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Understanding of infection control and personal protective equipment use
• Good communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Ability to follow care plans and document observations clearly
