Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day (12.5-hour shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with plan of care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Monitor patient status and escalate changes promptly to RN/physician
Support patients and families with education and emotional reassurance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the facility charting system

Qualifications

Current LPN license (eligible to practice in New Hampshire preferred)
CPR/BLS certification required or obtained upon hire
Immunizations and TB screening up to facility policy
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care, and basic IV-related tasks as required by facility
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
Willingness to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring skills
Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Patient education and compassionate bedside manner
Basic wound care and infection control practices
