Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and vascular studies following protocols
• Accurately acquire and archive images in GE Centricity PACS for clinician review
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while obtaining diagnostic images
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to provide timely, relevant imaging information
• Maintain equipment, complete Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists
• Comply with infection control, immunization, and health screening requirements

Qualifications

• Active and verifiable sonography credentials such as RDMS or RVT (as noted in posting)
• BLS certification required
• Experience using GE Centricity PACS and demonstrated PACS workflow skills
• License or certificate verification on file and current per facility requirements
• Completion of Trinity specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to pass required health screenings: fit test, 10-panel drug screen, vaccinations and TB/IGRA

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient sonographic technique for general and vascular exams
• Familiarity with GE Centricity PACS image acquisition and archiving
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and escalate findings appropriately
• Comfort with competency testing and skills documentation
• Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Detail-oriented image documentation and exam reporting
• Teamwork and adaptability in a rotating schedule environment
