Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered Med/Surg nursing care with attention to safety and comfort
Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and responses to treatment accurately
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance
Participate actively in orientation and unit-based learning to support smooth transitions

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact RN license as applicable
Current BLS certification required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred
Clinical experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred, with strong hands-on patient care skills
Excellent critical thinking, prioritization, and communication abilities
Ability to pass facility credentialing and orientation requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid Med/Surg clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care proficiency
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
Strong teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing needs
