Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Perform thorough assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
Current clinical experience as an RN, ideally in acute care or similar settings
Strong clinical judgement, assessment skills, and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
