Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients using professional judgment to identify functional limitations and strengths
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life
Deliver therapeutic interventions across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR to support continuity of care
Manage a diverse caseload independently while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to set meaningful goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
2-3 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and functional evaluation
Treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
Clinical documentation in EMR systems
Caseload management across multiple care settings
Compassionate, patient-centered care and continuous professional learning

Benefits

Full-time sign-on bonus: $10,000
Part-time sign-on bonus: $5,000
13-step clinical pay scale with progression up to 30 years of service
