Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including vital signs and basic assessments
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to support patient plans
Maintain clear, timely charting in the electronic medical record
Support patient comfort, mobility, and activities of daily living
Adhere to infection control and safety policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable administering medications and performing basic nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
Professional attitude, reliability, and a patient-centered approach

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Electronic medical record (EMR) charting
Infection control and safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Effective team communication and patient education
