Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Maintain accurate, timely charting in the electronic health record and follow facility policies
Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a positive, team-centered environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or obtain upon hire)
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related setting is a plus
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN/LVN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary care team and follow care plans
