Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support care plans
Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and charting
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse credential
Active license in the appropriate jurisdiction or ability to become licensed promptly
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts in a clinical setting
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
CPR/BLS certification if required by facility policy

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Charting and clinical documentation
Infection control practices and safety awareness
Teamwork and clear communication with patients and staff
