Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document activities
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges to ensure smooth transitions
Maintain clear, timely charting and adhere to facility policies and protocols

Qualifications

Current, active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license (eligible to work in Pennsylvania)
Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to work an 8-hour nursing shift and support resident care needs
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Background checks and immunizations as required by facility policy

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (or equivalent accredited program)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid medication administration and documentation practices
Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing workflows
Ability to assess and report changes in resident condition
Good time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
Teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate with clinical staff
