Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct nursing care to residents in line with care plans
Administer medications and document treatments accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, timely documentation
Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background and health screenings as required by the facility
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent vocational nursing training

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate charting
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical assessment
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Team collaboration and clear handoff communication
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
