Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and monitor patient status with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while documenting accurately
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Perform focused assessments and report changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record and communicate handoffs clearly
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Georgia
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and following standing orders
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; previous clinical experience preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / practical nursing program or vocational nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and routine clinical procedures
Able to perform focused patient assessments and recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate clinical documentation
Good time management and prioritization when caring for multiple patients
Professional bedside manner and ability to educate patients and families clearly
