Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients on assigned night shifts
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care in the medical record
Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure safe, coordinated care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining patient dignity
Support infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies during each shift

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (required)
Active LPN license eligible for practice in New Mexico (local candidates preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Comfortable working overnight 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shifts (Mon–Wed)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Local-only availability for this assignment

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and basic wound care
Proficient in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
Good clinical judgment, time management, and prioritization during busy night shifts
Customer-service oriented bedside manner and ability to advocate for patients
