Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with dignity and respect
Support nursing staff with turning, transfers, and safe patient handling
Maintain tidy, comfortable patient environments and restock supplies
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Document care activities promptly and accurately in patient records

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care (preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Reliable, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and safety procedures
Comfort with vital sign measurement and documentation
Knowledge of infection control and hygiene best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
Basic familiarity with electronic medical records or charting systems
