Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on patient care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility and toileting while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support nurses and the care team with treatments and documentation
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and teammates

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Proof of required immunizations and ability to pass background checks
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude
Previous hands-on patient care experience is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable with vital signs, ADLs, and basic patient assessments
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Able to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
