Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex clinical laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with precision and care.
Maintain rigorous quality control practices and document QC results to ensure accurate, reliable patient results.
Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Troubleshoot instruments and testing issues; escalate and collaborate with supervisors when needed to resolve problems quickly.
Process and prioritize specimens efficiently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Communicate critical results and collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care decisions.

Qualifications

Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
Proven experience performing testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Strong knowledge of laboratory quality control and laboratory safety protocols.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy laboratory environment and maintain attention to detail.
Full-time availability for evening/night shift schedule.
