Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment services to clients within credentialed areas of expertise, including individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Deliver emergency services, information and referral, and consumer support services with professionalism and compassion.
• Develop and lead community education and consultation activities to support community mental health initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Outreach Services and Clinical Manager to ensure coordinated care and clinically sound decisions.
• Use sound clinical judgment to manage caseloads with minimal supervision while maintaining required documentation and treatment planning.
• Offer consultation and direct services for special populations when qualified under WAC 246-341-0515 (children, elderly, developmental disabilities, minorities, hearing impaired, emergency services).

Qualifications

• Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP (required).
• Master's degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years of experience treating consumers in the assigned program area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and direct client service delivery.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with clinical leadership.
• Qualification under WAC 246-341-0515 for any additional specialty area you will serve (if applicable).

Education

• Master's degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited institution
