Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the CT department to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
Provide technical leadership and serve as a go-to resource for CT staff
Assure staff competence in CT procedures through oversight, feedback, and training
Ensure high-quality service and exceptional patient care during imaging procedures
Perform comprehensive CT imaging duties according to protocols and safety standards
Maintain and participate in quality assurance activities for CT equipment and processes
Mentor and support team members, promoting a collaborative and professional environment
Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and follow infection control and radiation safety policies

Qualifications

Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
Current Computed Tomography (CT) certification from ARRT (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a CT Technologist
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, dexterity for procedures)

Education

Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license
ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Knowledge & Skills

CT imaging techniques and protocol execution
CT safety operations and radiation protection practices
Quality assurance processes for imaging and equipment
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff
Comfort working in varied clinical environments and exposure conditions
