Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care at the direction of facility protocols
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility requirements
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team in a timely manner
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support patient care plans
Maintain clear, timely documentation and ensure charting accuracy
Support safe transitions of care, including admissions, discharges, and handoffs

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and active license required
Comfortable working evening-to-overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Local candidates only (position is LOCAL ONLY)
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical LPN skills including medication administration and basic nursing care
Accurate vital signs assessment and monitoring
Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork in a busy facility setting
Ability to follow facility policies, protocols, and safety procedures
