Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for patients
Support interdisciplinary care plans and communicate patient needs clearly
Build rapport with patients and families, delivering respectful and dignified care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in the state of California
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous experience in long-term care, acute care, or similar settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
Reliable documentation and charting practices
Infection control, safety protocols, and patient handling techniques
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate bedside manner and cultural sensitivity
