Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
Accurately document care and observations in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and other staff to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active authorization to work in California and familiarity with state CNA regulations
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfort working overnight shifts and managing patient care independently
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited CNA program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: taking vital signs, ADL assistance, infection control
Ability to document clearly and follow care plans
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Teamwork and clear communication with nursing staff
