Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Perform accurate and timely documentation of care and vital signs
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control practices
Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active CNA authorization in California or ability to obtain state authorization
Comfortable working overnight 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts
Recent hands-on patient care experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program and certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation skills
Good communication, teamwork, and time management
Awareness of infection control and patient safety practices
Compassionate bedside manner and dignity-focused care
